Large gas oven with grill and 5 gas ring hob.
The kitchen and dining room have now been combined into one large area ideal for cooking, eating and socialising. It provides an ideal area for family and friends to chat during meal times.

One side of the house overlooks the garden. Some windows have a view of the Pyrenees.
• A 5 minute walk from Quillan train station and bus stop. A 45 minute drive from Carcassonne airport. A 60 minute drive from Perpignan airport. A 90 minute drive from Toulouse airport. Barcelona and Gerona are also drivable.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Local golf course only a short drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local ski resorts approx. 20 miles. Andorra is about 1.5 hours drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is on the edge of the small town. Local shops are a few minutes walk away, and superstores are a few minutes drive.
There are a number of very friendly local restaurants in the town, and many more in nearby towns that are short drive away.
• Just over one hour drive to the Perpignan coast. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool 5 mins walk away. (Summer time only)The nearest beach is near Perpignan.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.

• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
