There are actually 2 kitchens in the property - a main kitchen and a catering kitchen / laundry area. Both are equipped to a very high standard with high end white goods including double ovens and American style washing machines / tumble dryers and fridge/freezers. The fridge/freezers include ice machines, filtered water and even a TV!

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). First floor, triple aspect bedroom, overlooking the golf course to the rear and towards the coast from the front. Has built-in dressing area and beautiful, fully-tiled, en-suite bathroom with Phillip Starke bath, walk-in shower, twin sinks and separate WC. Patio doors open to large, terraced balcony area with plenty of outdoor seating.

View

The Villa is located in a very peaceful and private area of Quinta do Lago. The Villa has a stunning view as it is split level with the first floor being the access level. From the first and second floors of the property guests can see across the tops of the umbrella pines to blue skyline beyond, across a protected area and towards the golf course. To the rear of the property the Villa has an excellent view down the 11th fairway of the golf course - to the mountains in the far distance.

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
