All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 350sterling.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 100sterling per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
