Cleaning on Departure
Unit is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure at no extra cost. Excess cleaning costs/damages after departure will be deducted from security deposit. Housekeeping during the rental period can be arranged between the tenant and cleaners. Cleaners are paid directly by the tenant.

A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking.
