Charming apartment (40 m2) in a pretty farmhouse situated inside an old farm, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, in the enchanting Tuscan countryside. The accommodation is located on a knoll from where you can enjoy a beautiful view, completely surrounded by vineyards and secular olive trees. Private and equipped garden. Access to the house along 5 km of dirt track road. Parking. DISTANCES: 6 km Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 30 km Siena, 40 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and divan bed, 1 double bedroom with access to the outside and bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 6 km Castellina in Chianti and Radda in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 30 km Siena, 40 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
