Large villa that has been divided into one apartment and 6 bedrooms (1 suite and 5 standard rooms) in a dominating and panoramic position in the hills of the Chianti, about halfway between Castellina and Radda in Chianti. Large equipped outdoor areas and a swimming pool (16x8) (10/5-30/9) are at the guests' disposal. Breakfast service, daily cleaning and linen change every 3 days are included in the price of the bedrooms. Not included in the price: sauna, telephone, additional bed (only in the bedrooms), baby-bed, crib, laundry room (washing machine). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available (Euro 13/week/each).It is possible to have breakfast (12 Euro/person). Central heating. DISTANCES: 6 km Radda in Chianti (all kinds of shops). Ideal departure point for visiting the Chianti Classico, Florence (40 km) and Siena (20 km).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
