Beautiful stone-built farmhouse located in a splendid position amidst the vineyards of the Chianti Classico and just a short distance from Radda in Chianti. The farmhouse, situated in an extremely peaceful and relaxing location, has been recently renovated with care and has kept the characteristics of the typical country houses. For the exclusive use of the guests: pleasant outdoor areas, a pretty pergola that is equipped and a swimming pool (5x10) (towels for the pool available). In the back the house borders a second farmhouse where there is a maid available for extra cleaning or cooking and laundry service. DISTANCES: 4 km Radda in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 35 km Siena, 45 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl.: large living room with fireplace (satellite TV), large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher)/dining area, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower with direct entrance from the courtyard and doesn't communicate with the rest of the house. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
