The farm produces wine and olive oil. Beautiful and extensive view of the countryside and the valley. Shared: equipped green outdoor areas, swimming pool (6x12) ,barbecue and laundry room (coin-operated washing machine). Each apartment is equipped with a TV. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1.5 km from Castellina in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 11 km Radda in Chianti, 17 km Siena, 30 km San Gimignano, 38 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace, dining room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. Private and equipped outdoor area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
