Four apartments in a complex inside an ancient Vertine hamlet in a enchanting position in the heart of the Chianti Classico. RIFUGIO 1 is located inside the hamlet about 200 m from the swimming pool while the other the apartments are set in a house at the edge of the village and in front of the swimming pool. Shared: outdoor areas with swimming pool (5x10). Each apartment has a reserved equipped outdoor area. Comfortable furniture with some period pieces. RIFUGIO 3 and 4 can be made to communicate (if booked together there will be a discount of 10%). Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Gaiole in Chianti (all kinds of shops), 10 km Radda in Chianti. 20 km Monteverchi (all kinds of shops), 25 km Siena, 40 km Florence.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
