Portion of a stone built farmhouse that has been recently renovated, situated in a beautiful and panoramic position in the Chianti Classico hills. Peaceful position even if a secondary road passes nearby. The property is surrounded by a large garden of approx. 500 m2.

ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, washing machine), hall area, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: hall, 1 twin bedded room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. From the hall you access an overhead gallery with 1 single bed. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Barbecue.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
