PLEASE NOTE: The rates for this property are based on the number of bedrooms needed and not the number of occupants. The base rate for this unit allows guests the use of the three main floor bedrooms and the sofabed. Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 are available for an additional $50 per room, per night.
The cost for additional bedrooms will automatically be added to the total for groups of 9 or more (based on double occupancy) however if the extra bedrooms are not needed and your group would prefer to only use the three main floor bedrooms (regardless of the number of occupants), please let Owner Direct know and they will be happy to remove the cost for the extra bedrooms and provide you with an updated total.
