This new (2007) condo has been tastefully decorated. For the ski bums in your group ski/ride: Fairmount and Panorama (1/2hour) or Kicking Horse, Lake Louise and Sunshine (1 to 1 1/2hour). For those who need to be pampered enjoy the spa service at the Hot Springs. In the summer numerous golf courses are minutes away as well as white-water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and Lake Invermere a short 10 minute drive. Enjoy the views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains. You can also rent this condos sister unit right next door to accommodate larger groups.

For larger groups this units twin (ID 106099) can be rented as well - right next door. A map showing directions and location of the rental unit will be provided with a confirmed booking. Access is provided via a combination lock box and the code will be provided upon receipt of Security Deposit and payment of the rent.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Payment can be made using Visa/MasterCard through Pay-pal. The rental rate includes the cleaning fee which is not deducted from Security Deposit unless extraordinary cleaning is required.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
