Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00/service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
