Gourmet kitchen, dining room table seats 8. Large island with 4 stools - very social setting. It's such a pleasure to cook here many people prefer to have their meals here rather than go out!

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Bear's Den bedroom upstairs - Bunkbed with double on the bottom and lots of headroom. Very comfortable beds and bedding

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Sectional sofabed with pullout in downstairs family room - fireplace and TV. Comfy bedding and great spot to watch movies in bed

The chalet has a loft with a 23 ft high pine vaulted ceiling in the living room with a wall of windows allowing the sun to pour in. The chalet is furnished with Cricklewood furniture throughout - practical and gorgeous. It's the perfect getaway for friends and family to relax and enjoy this beautiful countryside... Technology info: Star Choice satellite with HD package installed. There is no Internet access in Edgewater yet (in process of getting approval to extend fibre optic line), but excellent signal for cell phones or blackberries. There is wireless Internet throughout Radium to sync up your laptop if you need to. Playstation2 'Rock Band' and Nintendo Wii is very popular with all ages! Large variety of games and cards (monopoly, Pictionary, trivial pursuit, poker chips). Guest's comments: 'The pictures didn't do it justice! The cabin is amazing!', 'We loved being able to ski a different hill every day! We cooked all our meals all week-why eat out?','We will be back next year!'

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard through Pay-pal (if you indicate that as your method of payment, we will send you an email invoice via Pay-pal requesting payment)

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
