All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Short notice bookings are available.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
