    The most spectacular view from this cabin is from the back deck looking west at the Rocky Mountains and the Springs Golf Course as the cabin is backing onto the 8th green of the Springs Golf Course. Mountain views from the master bedroom situated in the loft. Views of the mountains and the golf course from the developed basement as well.

    This cottage has a loft and as such has a 23 ft high vaulted ceiling. The basement is also totally developed with a separate bathroom, rumpus room, and bedroom. There is an unfinished storage room in the basement. The High Chair is located in the storage room.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The cabin is backing onto the 8th green of the Springs Golf course. This is a golf mecca - there are over 10 golf courses situated within 30 minutes of the cabin.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The most popular Ski resort in the valley,"Panorama Ski Resort" is situated a 35 minute drive from the cabin.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Radium Hot Springs enjoys a number of quaint shops,grocery & hardware stores less than a 10 minute walk from the cabin. It also has a number of dining areas again less than a 10 minute walk from the cabin.
    • The fabulous Lake Windermere is a mere 15 minute drive from the cabin. Lake Windermere is located 15 minutes from the cabin and has excellent beaches, boat rentals are available as well. You can also enjoy fishing,boating,sailing,swimming and sun bathing at Lake Windermere.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
