Lower games room is very large and can easily accommodate sleeping areas for two couples or 4 singles, with some privacy.

This townhouse is located on the world-class Springs Golf Course. Nestled in the pines near the tee boxes on the 13th fairway, the east facing view is of the lush green fairway, pine trees, and mountains in the background. The view can be enjoyed from all windows as well as when relaxing on the spacious private deck attached to the condo. The front of the condo faces west and one can enjoy views of the 14th and 15th fairways among the pines, as well as majestic mountains in the background. You can often see big horned sheep and mountain goats, as well as white-tailed deer grazing on the golf course and among the pines.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located on the world-class Springs Golf Course, designed by Les Furber, 6,767 Yards, Par 72, Rating 72.3, Slope 129. The Springs at Radium Golf Club at Radium Hot Springs in the BC Rockies is a phenomenal golf course. Built on a plateau above the Columbia River, and abutting a sheer cliff edge, this golf course at Radium Resort provides golfers with great views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The Springs Course follows the natural contours of the land and sets the standard for excellence among area courses. Featuring four tee boxes per hole to allow for play from 5,163 to 6,767 yards, the Springs Course offers challenges for the low handicapper and novice alike. Many other courses are within a short drive throughout the Columbia Valley.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Located within a 30 minute drive to Panorama Ski Resort in Invermere, a 60 minute drive to Kicking Horse Mountain in Golden, and a 90 minute drive to Lake Louise.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The townhouse is near (less than a 10 minute walk) all amenities available in Radium.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. A 10 minute drive away from Lake Windermere. Lake Windermere is within a 10 minute drive. A large public beach is available as well as boat, jet-ski and other water craft rentals.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00/hr.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
