July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
Long Weekends require 3 day minimum.
Cleaning fee 1-4 guests is 75.00.
Cleaning fee 5-6 guests is 100.00.
Cleaning fee 7-10 guests is 125.00.
Cleaning Fee waived when booking 7 or more nights.
Due to strata rules, maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Southwest facing 3rd floor balcony has an incredible view of the Purcell Mountain Range and the Columbia River valley. Also the magnificent "Springs" Golf Course can be viewed from the balcony. Mountain views from all bedrooms and loft area.

More Information

Playground - Vaulted celings - Exceptional views - The complex has 2 hot tubs; a smaller 8 person indoor hot tub and a larger 10-person outdoor hot tub. Swimming pool and outdoor hot tub is operational Mid-May to the end of September. Heated, underground secured parking.

Distances

• Small aircraft can land at Fairmont (30 minutes south of condo). Calgary is the nearest International airport. It is located 2.5 hours east of the condo. The scenic drive from Calgary to Radium Hot Springs takes you through 2 provincial parks: Banff National Park and Kootenay National Park.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The condo is located in a golfer's paradise. With "The Springs" golf course across the street, and over 15 more courses within an hour drive, you could golf a different course everyday for two full weeks!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The condo is centrally located between 3 World-class ski areas: "Panorama Ski Resort" is only 30 minutes away, while "Kicking Horse Resort" and "Lake Louise Ski Resort" are both a little over an hour away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In less than a 10 minute walk from the condo, guests can be on Main Street Radium Hot Springs, complete with quaint shops, ice cream stores, dining areas, lounges, grocery stores and hardware outlets.
• Lake Windermere is only 15 minutes away, while Columbia Lake is another 20 minutes further south. Good swimming conditions for families and water enthusiasts alike. Lake Windermere is located 15 minutes from the condo and has an excellent beach. Boat rentals are available in season. Columbia Lake is 15 minutes further south and offers additional beaches and water activities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If guests wish to pay via credit card, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit will not be processed on the credit card unless warranted.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
