• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located minutes from the heart of downtown Radium and a short 15 minute drive to Invermere.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. 2 beaches on Lake Windermere a 10 minute drive from the unit.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
