• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are numerous championship golf courses in the area with a commuting distance of a short walk to less than a 1 hour drive.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the town of Radium and neighboring towns tourists can take advantage of a variety of eating experiences from fast foods to formal dining. Both Radium and in particular the town of Invermere (20 minutes from Radium)have many quaint shops and chain stores (grocery and hardware stores).
• Lake Windermere is a short 20 minute drive from The Peaks at Radium.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, you receive a transferable gift certificate for your deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
