Beautifully appointed condo consisting of 2 large bedrooms, living area with pull out sofa, one full kitchen and one mini-kitchen (perfect for New Years entertaining). Cross country ski out your door, 30 minute drive to Panorama or Fairmont for downhill skiing. Bighorn sheep and white tails right out your door while looking at the mountains. Outdoor skating rink on site. Walking distance to stores, restaurants. 15 minute drive to Invermere (lake, skating, ice fishing). Snowmobile tours in the area.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.00/service.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
