Enjoy many amenities nearby, be it skiing at Fairmont or Panorama in winter (both 25 minutes away), numerous golf courses in the area, or soaking in the Radium Hot Springs just a few minutes down the road. Various activities including white-water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding (across the road!) and access to 2 lakes are all close at hand. The views of the Purcell and Rocky Mountains from both of the 2 decks is absolutely stunning. Enjoy the most comfortable retreat in the area!

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Access to large back deck and second entrance / fire exit. Secured locked storage area for ski's and other outdoor equipment is available for use. Note that this type of equipment must be taken up the back stairs.

    1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). (There are two bunk beds, one is a double on the bottom/single on top and the other is a single on the bottom/single on top)

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Even though it says payment required 45 days prior to booking, if condo is available, bookings at short notice are welcome and payment can then be arranged through Paypal.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
