Condo features include a fully equipped kitchen, 2 baths, full dining table seats 8, and feather beds. Living room has 1 queen size and 1 single pull out futon making the unit comfortable for up to six guests. Unit has cable TV as well as a DVD player and a selection of games are provided.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
