Balcony faces west overlooking a small treed area on the back side of the condo complex.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
