    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Large Living Room and Dining Room is provided with roller shades for your privacy. The air conditioning for the unit is located in this room.

    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    Payment can be made using Visa/MasterCard through Pay-pal. We simply and conveniently send you an email requesting payment. The rental rate includes the cleaning fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
