50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel within 60 days of your rental date, there will be a $300 penalty fee, unless we are able to re-rent the same time frame.
Renter must sign our rental agreement and include this with the deposit to secure the reservation. Owner can email, fax or mail the rental agreement copy.
***Paypal can be accepted for last-minute reservations, using major credit cards if you have a paypal account. We do charge a 3% processing fee on entire amount payable (including security deposit fee) if Paypal is used.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of upon request.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
