Relaxation begins the moment you step into this bright, sun filled home with soaring palm trees. This home is privately walled and gated with expansive, green luxurious lawns, heated saline pool and spa with several outdoor lounging and seating areas and a gas grill.
Home has just been completely renovated with all new furniture and appliances and is meticulously clean. Our kitchen has hidden, stacked laundry facilities, cappuccino machine, gourmet coffee maker, blender, microwave, everything is available for all your cooking needs.
Gated community also has public swimming pool, with 3 tennis courts. RV/Boat parking is also available.

Utility costs of UP TO $250 per month are included in the rent. Any additional costs (heating the property, pool etc) that go over $250 per month will be charged to the guest based on the meter rate at the time.
