Furnished with lovely antiques and beds are new, comfortable and pillows are down. It is located on the 5th hole of the Westin Mission Hills Pete Dye championship course. The rear patio as built in barbecue faces the lake and golf course for relaxation. NO PETS allowed and NO SMOKING. Ideal for extended family visits. Has communal swimming pool and jacuzzi across the street.

The kitchen is state of the art with a Le Cornue range and oven hand made in France with hand painted tiles decorating the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the golf course and lake. There is a new dishwasher, trash compactor, and pull out shelves for easy access to pots and pans.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom with beauty-rest mattress and down pillows with walk in closets and built in TV, VCR and DVD player, telephone and alarm clock, oriental rug on hardwood floors and large master bathroom.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). professionally decorated new beauty-rest bed with down pillows, antique chest of drawers, desk, telephone, separate closet with adjacent bathroom.
Den
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The den is furnished with a computer with free internet access, printer, telephone and fax machine and separate closet.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 18.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
