    This complex was designed by Gummo Marx for friends and family visiting him at Tamarisk Country Club next door. This is an intimate setting with only 20 units. The Large Pool is always heated to 84 degrees Farenheit. Close to Mission Hills Country Club. The house is minutes from Restaurant Row (home to many world-class restaurants) and a five minute drive to El Paseo in Palm Desert passing the wonderful Rancho Mirage Library and The River mall which houses world famous stores and restaurants as well as a 15 screen theatre. The 5th largest international film festival in the world, Palm Springs International Film Festival, takes place every January with venues no more than 15 minutes away. From the house you are a 1/4 mile to highway 111 and 5 minutes to highway 10. Making it only two hours to L.A., San Diego, as well as other coastal towns.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
