Typical and restored farmhouse (75 m2) set on the green hills (600 m a.s.l.) between the Casentino area and the city of Arezzo. Beautiful views over the woods and the hills. Very peaceful position. Equipped lawn (1.500 m2) with table for outside dining. The area is surrounded by woods, with trekking routes for relaxing walks. Adjoining the house is another holiday home that is occasionally lived in. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace, dining room, small kitchenette obtained in a niche (h 1.70 m). By means of a spiral staircase you come to the gr. fl.:, which also leads directly onto the outside and to the 1st fl. under the eaves. Gr. fl. cellar style room with dining room, kitchen corner and fireplace, from where there is access onto a veranda (oven and barbecue). 1st fl. under the eaves (av. height 2.2 m): 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 small bathroom with shower (no bidet). Simple furniture.
LOCATION: 4 km Castel Focognano (food shops), 8 km Rassina (various shops), 35 km Arezzo.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
