Small characteristic renovated country cottage situated in the green hills rich in wood groves between the Valdarno and the Casentino. The area is characterised by nature paths and the possibility of going for long walks through the uncontaminated woods and small streams. Absolute peace and quiet on the edge of the woods. Beautiful view of the valley. The house is surrounded by the private grounds (4000 m2) which in part is an equipped garden. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: (74 m2) The house is spread out onto two floors. The upper floor: living room, dining room with fireplace (satellite TV), kitchenette (microwave), 1 bathroom with shower. Lower floor: 2 small double bedrooms, one of the two double bedrooms can be directly accessed from outside in the back or internally by means of a small narrow spiral stairway. Simple furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 1 km from Talla (food shops, swimming pool, tennis), 9 km Rassina (all kinds of shops), 30 km Montevarchi, 36 km Arezzo, 70 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
