Guests may only arrive on: Sunday, Monday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday. Parking for this unit is € 10 per day.

    The apartment has a gorgeous equipped terrace. You can lie in the sun on one of the two sun beds provided and eat outside in the breathtaking panorama that opens in front of you.
    More Information
    It is surrounded by gardens where olive trees grow. The Villa has an elegant aspect, and on the inside the furnishings are of good quality. The apartment is located on the ground floor, not far from the road. There is really not a single step to reach it. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable couch and table. No air-conditioning.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This is a comfortable apartment located between Amalfi and Ravello, in an ideal setting to tour the Amalfi Coast. The town of Amalfi is at 15 minutes walk or by bus is reachable in 5 minutes whilst Ravello can be reached by a flight of stairs or by bus in 10 minutes.
    • The close beach of Castiglione is 10 minutes walk : this beach is reachable climbing down about 100 steps from the road.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
