Guests may only arrive on: Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

The flat is in very good condition and has a large terrace with a stunning view over the Ravello centre and the blue sea of the coast.
This is a recently restored apartment with new furniture. This apartment has a nearby swimming pool that can be used at an extra cost of Euro 50 per week for all the occupants of the apartment. Winter heating will be metered and paid on permises, on top of the rental price.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The centre and its attractive squares and gardens are reachable by walking 10 minutes circa through a characteristic alleyway and few steps. In the town of Ravello during the whole summer period a variety of classical concerts are held. The most important is without any doubt, the Wagnerian concert held in the Rufolo gardens during July.
• The closest beach, Castiglione, is 10 minutes walk.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.
