Between June 15 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.

Special Conditions

In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

There is a large terrace and a balcony with table and chairs where you can comfortably eat outside. It has a great view over the Amalfi Coast.

More Information

This apartment is immersed among lemon and orange trees. It is reached by walking 80 meters from the road and then by climbing down 50 steps. If you like walking, a car is not essential but is recommended.

Naples Airport is more than 120 minute(s) drive.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The centre and its attractive squares and gardens are reachable by walking 10 minutes through a characteristic alley way and few steps. In the town of Ravello during the whole summer period a variety of classical concerts are held. The most important is without any doubt the Wagnerian concert held in the Rufolo gardens during July.
Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Less than a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 €.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
