Between June 16 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

This is a studio-flat built beside a lemon garden. The apartment is reachable by 140 steps from the main road. It is suggested to use a car when renting this apartment. During your stay in this quiet apartment, you will be able to relax in the charming garden. The garden consists of a series of terraces that descend towards the sea.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The villa is 10 minutes walk from Ravello and its attractions. Food can be purchased in a grocery shop at 10 minutes walk. Ravello is famous for its concerts held during the summer period; the area where concerts are held is reachable in a few minutes walk. Also its tranquil beautiful medieval square and Church is walking distance from this apartment.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
