It stands in an enviable and peaceful setting and faces stunning views of verdant, terraced lemon groves and vineyard cut into the rock which slope down to the coastline with Maiori and Minori bays below.
Accommodation (95 sqm indoor and 50 sqm outdoor)
• Entrance into a large, open-plan sitting /dining room with open fire place, dining table for 6, satellite TV and CD player , sitting area with leather divan for 2 , wicker armchairs and French door to the front large , furnished terrace making it fine for dining, relaxing and enjoying the astonishing views
• Fitted kitchen , with door to terrace at the side , having cooker with 4 gas rings , electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
• 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom ( can be doubled) , each with window to the rear of the house
• One bathroom has an open , wall mounted shower and WC while the other bathroom has bath tub, WC, etc.
• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The nearest train station is in Salerno about 29 kms ( a 1 hour drive); the nearest airport is in Napoli about 65 kms ( a 1.5 hour drive).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is about a 10 minute walk from the main square Piazza Vescovado but a short walk takes guests into the small Piazza Fontana which houses a bar , a restaurant and 2 groceries shops for immediate provisions otherwise shops for every purpose, restaurants and pizzerias, etc are a further 5 minute walk.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Ravello is about a 15 minute drive from the sea. The nearest beaches are in Amalfi, Atrani or Minori.
• Nearby Attractions: Amalfi 7 Km , Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km.
From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the spinning Summer season.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
