The apartment is about 1.5 Km from the village centre and 60 steps from the road where you can park your car free of charge. The centre can be reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. It is within easy reach of a food store where you can buy fresh groceries, fruits, etc

Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

    The apartment is situated on the ground floor, and consists of a large entry terrace which is furnished with 2 sun-beds, a table with chairs, a sun-umbrella, and complete with great sea views towards the towns of Maiori and Minori and out to sea. It is walking distance from a swimming pool that can be used at a cost of about € 10 a day (this pool is not managed by the owners of the apartment).

    • Naples airport is situated about 60 Km from Ravello. The train station in Salerno is about 35 Kms. Good public transportation service between the major towns of the Amalfi Coast.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The apartment is situated about 8 Kms far from the beach

    Payment Details
    A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Diners Club
    PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
