Mandatory cleaning fee payable locally in cash 100,00 euros per week including maid service 3 hours mid week with change of linen on Saturdays. Private parking space for one car included in the rental price.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious and bright Master bedroom with french doors onto the terrace.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). From the living area an open wooden staircase of 12 steps leads up to a mezzanine, where there is a double bedroom. The mezzanine is delimited by a wooden railing which permits one to see the area below.
1 Single Pull Out (sleeps 1). Large room with a comfortable living area with 2 sofas - one of which can be made into a single bed to sleep one guest - a table with chairs , bookcases and a built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.
The views from the house are magnificent; the water is just below the property, which has its private access to the sea and a large sunbathing terrace on cliff.
The long terrace that extend in front of all of the rooms offer a wide view of the sea, and the surrounding coastline .
A beautiful ancient villa set into a cliff that drops steeply down to the sea. It dates back to the XII century and belongs to an old noble family. It was converted a long time ago, like many others in the area, into its present state of large and independent apartments arranged on three floors, each with its separate entrance . The large , private terrace located at the back of the house has a parking space for 1 car and ample space to have meals outdoors and is equipped with a bench, tables with chairs, wood oven for making pizza , a portable barbecue and lighting. The terrace is enclosed by an iron gate and is shaded by a wisteria pergola. The apartment is reached with no need to climb any steps as a private driveway of about 20 m. leads to this terrace.
• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Airports in Naples: via Sorrento approx. 90 km., Suggested route: Freeway A3 Napoli - Salerno; exit at Angri - then through Valico di Chiunzi via Maiori or via Ravello (65 km)
Rome (Fiumicino)is 320 km.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). The nearest sand beach , shops, banks, post office etc. are in Minori , 1. 5 km. away from the house (roughly a 15 minute walk along the State Road)
The house is close to a four-star hotel, and guest at Villa Minerva can take advantage of the hotel restaurant and bar services.
Also at few steps from the apartment there is a great bar which serves breakfast , reasonably priced and delicious lunch or dinner as well as refreshments.
• Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) walk.
• Nearby Attractions: To stay at Casa Minerva a car is not necessary. The stop for the buses that go to Minori, Amalfi or to the other coastal towns , can be found within 50 meters away from the house.
From the quay in Amalfi ferries or small cruisers depart to the islands of Capri and Ischia or the towns of Positano, Sorrento and Naples.
Amalfi: 3,5 km. - Minori: 1,5 km. - Ravello: 6 km. - Positano 20 km. - Sorrento 39 km.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Fees: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
