1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Spacious master bedroom with sliders opening to walk out balcony. Walk in closet and bathroom with separate shower and tub - side by side sinks with granite counter tops.

2 Double Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) and 2 Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). Perfect for kids. Has brand new (2006) large TV and DVD. Some board games, book , DVDs provided.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

You will LOVE the view. All Ocean... from the ocean is less than 100 yards from your door. Lots of windows to enjoy the view side windows and balcony.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
