This townhouse is gorgeous and is located in a 5 star resort. It has all new furniture and accessories. There is a 32" flat panel TV with DVD/CD, radio. This house is within 2 short blocks from the water park/clubhouse.The home is fully serviced before your arrival. Parents can relax after the theme parks at the clubhouse while the kids swim, go to arcade and gym. The pool is now open until 11:30 pm.

Publix Supermarket, Medical facility, Apple Bees, and many more stores in a strip mall within walking distance-
Disney is a 10 minute drive. Universal is a 20 minute drive. As well as all other attractions in the Orlando area.
There are 1 courses within a walking or driving distance. Unspecified are a 10 minute walk from the property.
If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 2 nights rent.
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
