This townhouse has all new furniture and accessories. There is a full living room, an screened in patio and balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free WIFI and cable tv in all rooms. Also in the home is a hi chair, portable crib, and stroller for all guest to use. This house is just a short walk to the water park - clubhouse. The home is fully serviced before your arrival. Newly opened Frankie Farrell's Restaurant is in located in the resort that has pool tables, outside bar and restaurant, large tvs all around room, tables, chairs, bar, ice cream shoppe and entertainment. This is the perfect vacation for families, because this resort has it all and only an hour from the West Coast and an hour from the East Coast. Also, the clubhouse has a concierge services to secure Disney tickets for your family needs to all the parks. Just 35 miles from the Orlando International Airport. Universal Studios, Sea World, Lego Land, and Disney Theme Parks are less than 30 minutes away. In addition, the newly opened Margaritaville Resort and Island H2O Water Park are only 5 minutes away. Also in the area is the Sunset Walk with entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. IMPORTANT STEPS WE ARE NOW TAKING. We are increasing the cleaning procedures after each rental to insure the most sterile property. We are also enacting a no back to back rental policy between rentals. Hard surfaces will be focus spots for the new cleaning - disinfection procedures. Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 USD is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 45 days before check-in, your deposit will be returnedIf you cancel between 45 and 14 days, you will forfeit your deposit.If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you will loose the deposit and 50% of the balance.If you cancel less than 5 days you will loose the deposit and all of the balance.No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.No cancellations due to weather.
