Three apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners, in an ancient farmhouse that has been completely renovated. Extensive views of the Arno valley. Peaceful position. The property is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodlands. Available for the guests use: large private grounds with swimming pool (4x8), small football field, tennis and five-by-side field, table tennis, shared room with satellite TV, laundry room (washing machine). The owner speaks both German and English. The apartments are pleasantly furnished in typical Tuscan style. It is possible to book the accommodations together with the name PODERE LA CARRAIA. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
