Recently built and pretty apartments (varying in size from 40 to 60 m2) set on a beautiful farming estate on a hillside covered with vineyards, olive groves and with meadows where cows and horses graze. Beautiful and panoramic views over the typical Tuscan hills and the Arno valley. Peaceful position. Well-kept lawns surround the estate, some shaded by olive trees, others in the sun (deck-chairs, tables, chairs, sunshades), children's games (swings, slide, etc.), table-tennis, aviary, swimming-pool (15x8) (8/4 - 21/10), children's pool (5.5x2.7), tennis (Euro 8), boules pitch, artificial ponds, guided trekking excursions. Horse riding school with 800m riding-track, riding-lessons and trekking on horseback, mountain-bikes, roller-skating rink. At the guests disposal and to be shared: large courtyard with berso in front of the villa, lounge with piano, bar/tavern with television. On request it is possible to: use the fax in the reception, purchase local farm products (wine and olive oil), breakfast served both inside and outside. Each apartment has: a satellite TV socket, hairdryer in the bathroom, telephone (direct external calls), electric pannels in every room. Characteristic restaurant and pizzeria with internal and outdoor service. Large amphitheatre for concerts and performances. Baby-bed available (Euro 26/ week), including linen. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
