1-bedroom apartment for 3/5 People ground floor (30 sQ.M.), furnished patio/terrace (15 sQ.M.)
Bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, lounge/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
This apartment is in the 2nd group (850 MT. From the pool and 2100 MT. From the beach). The group consists of 10 small villas, each of them divided into 2 or 3 self contained apartments with roof terraces complete with table and chairs. The villas are situated on the hill and are surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation. They have a wonderful panoramic view of Cape Palinuro and the beach of Mingardo. The furniture is modern. Wide parking space.

Included in the price: gas, water, electricity, bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning, swimming-pools with umbrellas and deckchairs (open from 27th of april to 12th of october), tennis (3 hrs weekly per unit), bowls, table tennis, Internet WI-FI, mini and junior club and entertainment (from 15th of june to 07th of september)

Residence Trivento Vacation Rental Community - Amenities - Residence Trivento is located 3,5 km from Palinuro and nearby Arco Naturale, an enchanting gravel beach. It is situated on a hillside and surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation. Its quiet and rural setting makes it the ideal place to relax and be in contact with nature. The residence is composed of two groups of apartments all along the hill and a sport-and-leisure centre at its foot, connected by a secondary road. Thanks to its location, the sport-and-leisure centre is the heart of the whole structure and includes: a reception office with multilingual staff, two outdoor swimming-pools, one for adults (m.12.5x25) and a shallow one for children (m.6x11.5) with parasols and sun loungers, tennis- and football/ volleyball courts, bowls, table-tennis, archery and video games.
