The living room has a 46" LED TV and triple-recliner sectional leather sofas and recliner chair. Downstairs are two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a bath with a large stall shower and a large rec room featuring a large 36" TV, multiple sofas including one double recliner and a reclining chair, a wet bar and a small dining table and computer. There is also a large capacity H3 new washing machine and dryer. Rental includes free long distance (North America) and ADSL high speed wireless Internet.

The house faces south and overlooks the neighborhood from a slight rise. The east looks out at the side of the ski hill and the west, the Selkirk mountain range. The back garden looks directly at the ski hill.
