1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Kona Room: This is the largest bedroom complete with a comfy Queen bed, full size desk, bureau, night stands, cable TV.wireless high speed Internet and a large closet. Located on the main floor overlooking the front garden and street. Across the hall from the bathroom.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Maui Room: Bright and airy, this bedroom faces the back garden and comes with a comfy double bed, large bureau, desk, wireless high speed internet, night stand, large closet and cable TV. Located on the main floor, next to the bathroom.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Molokai Room: This is the smallest bedroom and bed but not by much! Includes a comfortable 3/4 bed, large bureau, cable TV, full desk, wireless high speed Internet and large closet. Located across from the bathroom and adjacent to the wet bar and rec room.

Recreation Room

1 Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). Futon located downstairs in rec room so no privacy. Adjacent to bathroom and wet bar.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

The house faces south and overlooks the neighborhood from a slight hill. The east looks out at the side of the ski hill and the west, the Selkirk mountain range. The back garden looks directly at the ski hill.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
2010 Olympics Weeks (Feb 12 - 28 & Mar 12 - 21): No rate increase however no refunds for cancellations and payments in full due 60 days in advance. Trip insurance is the best policy.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 7.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 per animal (refundable) will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
