Minimum age of primary renter must by 25 years. Renters are required sign an agreement saying that they will not deliberately damage the home and they are liable for costs of any willful damage occured.

Located on the edge of a forest on the lower slopes of Mt Mackenzie, nature is definately on our doorstep. There are magnificient views of Mt Begbie on the other side of the valley.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Revelstoke runs a local shuttle service in the winter months, however it is recommended that you have your own transport whilst staying in our home.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). The main winter attraction is of course the magnificient new ski hill. Revelstoke Mountain Resort boasts the largest vertical descent in North America with a total of over 5,600ft. There is one eight person gondola, two high speed quad chairs and a beginners magic carpet. Predominately for intermediate to advanced skiers and with an average of between 40 - 60 ft of fresh powder each season, Revelstoke is fast becoming a sought after snow sport destination. There are Heli and Cat Skiing operations run out of the resort and also Crosscountry Skiing and Snow Mobiling near by. Mountain Gate Lodge is only a two minute drive from Revelstoke Mountain Resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Downtown Revelskote offers a vast array of coffee shops, restaurants, gift boutiques and art galleries as well as supermarkets, bakeries, sports shops and clothing shops. Stroll down Mackenzie Avenue and feel like you are stepping back in time. Enjoy the alfresco dining in summer and the cosy fireside dining in winter.
• Nearby Attractions: Revelstoke has many other attractions especially in summer. Golf, hiking, caving, fishing, mountain biking, canoeing, white water rafting, camping and hot springs, just to name a few, and the Aquatic Centre is open all year round.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Can be arranged.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
