TV, DVD, high speed Internet access, private laundry facilities, hairdryer and iron. Supermarket in our street is open 9:00 - 23:00 daily. 5 minute walk to the city center and to the harbor.

    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
