• Providence Airport, T.F. Green is a 35 min drive. Boston Logan Airport is 1 hr 30 mins. Amtrak train station in North Kingstown is a 25 min drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Green Valley Country Club (public course) is only a 20 min drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a 1 minute walk in this beach neighborhood to a couple of restaurants, diners and clubs, as well as the following stores: liquor, hardware and beach supplies. Closest grocery store is a 5 minute drive. Newport harbor shopping and restaurants are a 5 minute drive. Newport is America's first resort, established 1660, is full of historical architecture, museums, mansions and yachting history. Shop the cobblestone streets of Brick Alley, enjoy a water tour by sailboat or just watch a sunset over the harbor.
• Beach surface is coarse sand. The house is a 3 minute walk to Easton's Beach (locals refer to it as 1st Beach). The house is convenient to 2 beaches. Eastons' Beach (1st beach) is a 3 minute walk. Sachuest Beach (2nd beach) is about a 15 minute walk or just a 5 minute drive. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
