    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
