Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. You can also send us the deposit of 50% of the total amount by faxing us your credit card details with a 2% commision off we have to give our bank. Example: if you send us 100 Euro, we will send you a receipt of your deposit for the apartment booking of Euro 98.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival.
